I'm Going On An Adventure
Okay so, (I can see my mum rolling her eyes already) 'The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug' comes out on DVD on Tuesday.
It's the second Hobbit film, wiki described the first 'The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey' as : "An Unexpected Journey tells the tale of Bilbo Baggins, who is convinced by the wizard Gandalf to Grey to accompany thirteen Dwarves, on a quest to reclaim the Lonely Mountain from the dragon Smaug." At the end, (spoilers incoming), you see Bilbo and the others look out across a vast plain and, in the distance, you see the place those dwarves used to call home, (the Lonely Mountain) and you see them realise that, no matter what they've been through to get there, their fight is only just beginning.
It's funny (for me) that this DVD should come on sale on the same day that I get my operation because right now, that's how I feel - this day has been a long time coming and I have to say, I've been through a lot int he journey but... This is it.
